Return Window
The return window begins the day your product is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be handed over to the return shipping carrier within this 30-day window. Returned products must be unused, in like-new condition, and packaged in the original boxes.

While all materials used by BBO are premium and professional casino-grade, usage frequency and conditions will affect their lifespan. For high-use environments, we recommend routine replacement. All consumable components are available for purchase directly through BBO International.
