At BBO International, we know your table is more than just a product—it's an experience for meaningful moments. That's why we've designed our shipping and fulfillment process to be as premium and seamless as the table itself. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your table arrives.

Fulfillment Timeline

Once your order is placed, our team will reach out to you within 24–48 hours to complete a post-sale confirmation.
This is our way of aligning with you on all final details — sizing, finishes, accessories, and expectations — before your table enters production.

From there, our fulfillment process begins:

  • 1. Order Finalized — Post-sale confirmation completed
  • 2. Day 1–7 — Materials sourced and prepared for production in USA
  • 3. Day 8–14 — Materials transported to our production facility in Asia
  • 4. Day 15–21 — Table is produced, quality checked, and shipped

Shipping Options

Ocean Freight

Standard Shipping (Included)

Ocean freight (LCL) to a regional warehouse, then local delivery to your home.

Transit time: 7–14 days from shipment

White Glove

White Glove Assembly (Optional Add-On)

For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery and in-home assembly.

This service is handled by trusted local professionals who will deliver, unpack, and fully assemble your table — no heavy lifting required.

In Case of Damage

While rare, damage during transit can occur. We've built a clear, customer-first protocol to address it:

  • • Inspect your table upon delivery, before signing off with the delivery provider.
  • • Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging or product.
  • • Report the issue to us immediately.

We will initiate a shipping claim on your behalf and replace or repair any damaged components at no cost to you.
Our priority is your complete satisfaction — from the day you order to the first hand you deal.
